The Role

We are looking for high-performing Sales Managers to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management

  • Achieving outrageous growth targets (7x within the next 12 months) by successfully managing a market vertical and Sales reps
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands vivenu's customer base and fosters fruitful and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Taking full ownership for a market vertical and strengthening vivenu's position in this segment
  • Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives with a KPI/OKR driven sales approach
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and fully understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


  • University degree or equivalent in Business Administrations or similar field
  • For this position, proficiency in German is a must
  • 5+ years b2b SaaS Sales experience (preferably related to the industry), consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Preferably worked for double digit growth companies / divisions 
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
