The Role

  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of vivenu’s platform and help customers navigating the variety of tools 
  • Build outstanding partnerships with customers to effectively support them through phone, live chat, and email communications, adapting to fluctuations in the volume of incoming inquiries
  • Co-organize and support fruitful workshops for ticket sellers and prospective customers 
  • Empower customers to realize their ticketing ideas in self-service 
  • Be the voice of customer back to our product organization, communicate trending customer feedback and ideas 


  • University degree or equivalent
  • Willing to go above and beyond for the customers and foster strong relationships
  • Having a customer first mentality and always be learning
  • Fluency in English and German required
  • Creative problem solver and logical thinker
  • Preferably prior experience in SaaS customer success management
